For pickup, all customers must fill out Pickup Authorization form and upload ID or else order will be cancelled.

1. Do you offer installs? YES
If you're local and would like an install, you wouldn't order online. All orders made online have to be shipped for our safety. Contact us via text with desired style to deposit for your unit and install appointment.
2. Can I take my wig on and off everyday? YES
Our wigs are completely glue-less. You can choose to take it off or tie it down for bed
3. Do I have to get baby hair on my unit? NO
Wigs can be customized according to your liking. Indicate in notes how you would like it styled; no baby hair, left/right side part etc.
4. Do you offer wig maintenance? YES
Do not throw out your wigs. Most of the time, it just needs a little TLC. I offer closure replacement and restyling services. This is key to protecting your investment. Your wig will be brand new for half the cost!
5. Do you have to measure my head? NO
Our wigs are one size fits all. We use a dome cap which is tight and stretches to most heads. If you believe your head is bigger than 23" indicate in notes. If you have a tiny head and would like a thinner wig please indicate.
